Frost & Sullivan have estimated that broadband access points in Latin America will grow to 28.5 Million in 2012, up from 12.5 million in 2006.
“Falling broadband prices are prompting many first-time Internet users to sign up. Growth is also coming from subscribers who are done with dial-up.” points out the report.
